The core of the program is 10 audio-visual modules, each with an accompanying five-question quiz. Spokespeople view the modules and complete the quizzes. Once someone obtains a combined score of 45/50 on the quizzes, he or she earns a Certificate of Completion for the program.
While the online program by itself is a great introduction or refresher, the best value is obtained in conjunction with “live” in-person training from one of our consultants, or “live” remote training via Skype.
