This program consists of audio-visual modules, quizzes, articles and a
booklet. To complete the program, you listen to the audio-visual modules and complete a
five-question
multiple choice quiz at the end of each module. To earn a Certificate
of Completion, you must score a combined 45/50
on the quizzes.
The
articles and booklet support the learning process. Please feel free to
use these documents to round out your knowledge and improve your effectiveness as a spokesperson.
You can return to the modules and articles for your personal use during the duration of your subscription.
