
In 2009, he developed the online version of At Ease With the Media. This separates the theoretical from practical, so that in-person training spends less time discussing theory and more time focusing on improving spokesperson skills.
Whether delivered as traditional training or a train-the-trainer guide, no other media training program offers the quality of learning experience of At Ease With the Media—online, in person, or both.
Eric has been a public relations practitioner for 30-plus years. For more than two decades, his career has focused on providing presentation skills and media training to clients in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
Eric holds a bachelor of professional arts in communication studies from Athabasca University, and a two-year diploma in advertising & public relations from Grant MacEwan College.
He is an accredited business communicator and an accredited public relations practitioner. He is a master communicator, and he has earned more than a dozen local, national and international awards.
He is also a fifth-degree black belt in Japanese-style karate. When not traveling, he teaches karate three nights per week.
