The online program consists of 10 audio-visual modules, each with a five-question multiple-choice quiz. When they earn a combined score of 45/50 on the quizzes, spokespeople receive a Certificate of Completion for the course.
Nearly 1,000 people have completed the online program, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. A number of clients now purchase annual subscriptions to meet their basic media training needs, and only schedule in-person training as needed.

Wherever possible, we recommend four rounds of interviews for each participant—two interviews for print purposes and two for broadcast. More practice equals better outcomes for spokespeople, and their advisors.
